Angelica Babins graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Asian American Studies in 2012. She furthered her education and achieved a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management. In 2014, Angelica served as a property manager for single-family homes, multi-unit apartments, duplexes, townhomes, and condominiums, totaling over 500 doors in Oak Harbor, WA. Her work involved close collaboration with a real estate developer, who encouraged her to obtain her real estate license in 2017 in San Antonio, TX.

Angelica is a married mother of two children, a 4-year-old daughter, and a 7-year-old son. She is an active choir member in the Church of Christ and serves as a BUKLOD Leadership & Enhancement Development Committee Chairperson and INCGiving Project Coordinator.

Angelica invests in real estate and has flipped three homes in April 2022, while transitioning from San Antonio, TX, to San Diego, CA, due to new military orders. Beginning in 2023, she also ventured into real estate arbitrage for properties located in Texas. Angelica closely collaborates with hedge fund owners, private and hard money lenders, and experienced investors who specialize in wholesaling, creative financing, and renovations. She prioritizes her clients' health and well-being while helping them achieve the American Dream of "Owning A Home." Her clients view her as family, and she values long-term trust and loyalty in her relationships.

Angelica has authored books and magazines, appeared in commercials, and developed a breakthrough into social media marketing her expertise in real estate. She has amassed over 100,000 followers on Instagram and has positively impacted her world of connections. As she embarks on her new adventure with the San Diego Dream Team with Keller Williams, Angelica aims to pursue YouTube as her next vision and goal to impact more lives as a light in the world.
